We want you to be fully satisfied with your Google Store purchase, so most items can be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Simply ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a standard return.

Return Process

  Start your return

  Visit your Google Store order history, select the item you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to begin the process.

  Print your label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label and the return authorization slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Pack your items

  Place the item in its original packaging, include the return slip inside the box, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and track

  Drop off the package at an authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed once the item is inspected.
